Sometimes the journey is as good as reaching your destination. I certainly found that to be true as I traveled from busy Santa Fe to Chama in the mountains… almost to the Colorado border. In the short 2.5 hour drive, I enjoyed passing by lakes, Georgia O’Keeffe country and traveling into the wooded land around Rio Chama. The landscapes I passed were amazing.
