Laid Back Leaf Peeping in the Branson Ozarks

Bed and Breakfasts have the advantage because the Innkeeper will always have information, advice and share tips only a local would know. B&Bs are a little removed from the hectic tourist areas. When you visit a B&B, it’s a peaceful, relaxing stay.

Every suite has a private deck and a hot tub.

All these advantages are deciding factors when I look for accommodations. It’s doubly nice when your favorite B&B gets those well deserved accolades. If you are headed to the Ozarks take note.

Cameron’s Crag was recently chosen as one of the top 5 B&B’s for “Laid Back Leaf Peeping” by BnBFinder – the latest recognition of their fantastic views. There’s just not a prettier view in Branson.

Cameron’s Crag is about five minutes from the Branson Landing and three miles from Branson’s famous Hwy 76. That’s closer to Branson attractions than most of the B&B’s with a Branson address.

Every room is a room with a view of the Branson skyline. As you enjoy this fantastic view from the private deck, you’ll be thinking about how soon you can come back to Cameron’s Crag. Now would be a good time to make a reservation, this Ozarks gem fills fast.

Slip into the hot tub on your private deck and enjoy the view. Or, wait till evening; the starry skies are breathtaking. Your evening out may be no further than your own cozy private deck.

A proper breakfast is served at the table with all the guests. It is the best place to learn from other guests, where to find the best views, attractions or shopping. Breakfast is the only time you see other guests, otherwise you stay is quite private and very romantic.

Their recipe for Eggnog French Toast (pictured with Pecan Praline French Toast) was featured in ‘Family Circle’ magazine in an article on Country Inn Breakfasts.

The best pecan praline French toast ever.

The view is fabulous year round. Fortunately, Cameron’s Crag is open year round. All though snow seldom gets deep in the Ozarks, Cameron’s Crag is the perfect place to be snowed in. (You can always pretend.)

October Special – Cameron’s Crag is the only Branson B&B participating in Branson Loves Teachers. The offer for a room discount ($10 off) is just one of the special offers and free shows available to teachers. Visit Branson Loves Teachers to see all the discounts and attractions included.

Mark your Calenders – but make your reservations now. The holidays are filled with nonstop entertainment in Branson. Cameron’s Crag has a sleigh full of Christmas specials.

One of the best packages is the Enchanted Evening Package – It’s the best special occasion package. Husbands take note, this is everything all wrapped in one sweet package; make a reservation and you’re set. Celebrate a special occasion or, just snuggle in the luxury for the weekend.

Cruise along Lake Taneycomo or hike an Ozarks trail to see the colors at their best.
