Great Family Entertainment: 2011 Saturday Evening Concerts at the Great Auditorium

June 24, 7:15 p.m. Bridgefest 2011 There will be bible teaching throughout the weekend on North Beach and Friday night concert in the Great  Auditorium.

June 25, 7:30 p.m. Doo Wop Show takes you back to the 50s and the 60s.  They will be dancing in the aisles to the music of The Platters, the  Drifters and the Passions.

July 2, 7:30 p.m. Ocean Grove Summer Band directed by Harry Eichhorn to celebrate our country’s independence.

July 4th Parade

July 9, 8 p.m. The music of ABBA – Arrival from Sweden.

July 16, 8 p.m. Linda Eder & Steve Tyrell.  Broadway star of Jekyll and Hyde.

July 23, 8 p.m. The British Invasion Peter Noone from Herman’s Hermits & Mickey Dolenz from the Monkees.

July 30, 8 p.m. David Crowder Band with special guest Bob Smiley.  Christian Modern Worship band.

August 6 p.m.Tim Conway & Friends, with Chuck McCann and Louise DuArt.

August 13, 8 p.m. (Special Guest TBA) We now know the special guest is Tony Bennett who will croon his way into your heart.

August 20, 8 p.m.Paul Anka.  Enjoy the evening and remember his legendary songs: Diana and Put Your Head on My Shoulders and many more favorites.

August 27, 8 p.m. Frank Sinatra, Jr.   Sinatra Sings Sinatra.

September 3, 7:30 p.m. Doo Wop Extravaganza with Martha Reeves, Kenny Vance & The Plaotones, Jimmy Beaumont & The Skyliners.

September 10, 8 p.m. The Orchestra of St. Peter by the Sea, featuring Father Alphonse and special guest soloist who will perform Broadway hits.

2011 Summer Stars Classical Series on Thursday evenings. Featuring Imperial Brass, harp, viola, piano, The Carnegie Ensemble, Keyboard Classics, Organ Recitals.
