The famous glass chapel in the Ozarks near Eureka Springs, Arkansas
Spring brides should schedule their Thorncrown wedding as soon as possible. The woodland chapel is 48 feet tall with 425 windows and over 6,000 square feet of glass.
The Chapel
Architect E. Fay Jones’ Thorncrown Chapel opened in 1980. The chapel seats up to100 guests. Facilities include a changing area with a full length mirror, a first class sound system, and a piano. A chapel music minister is available to play the piano and sing for your ceremony for an extra fee. The staff can also help locate stringed quartets and musicians.
The Worship Center
The Thorncrown Worship Center is larger than the chapel. Up to 300 people can be accommodated for both large and small weddings.
Schedule Your Wedding
All weddings at Thorncrown Chapel are $495. Fees are for a 1½ hour reservation. Your time includes one half hour before the wedding and one hour for the service and photos.
From April 1st through October 31st weddings are scheduled before the chapel opens to the public in the morning or after it closes in the afternoon. Chapel hours vary from month to month. Call 479-253-7401 to schedule a time for your wedding.
From November 1st through March 31st weddings may be scheduled any time of the day. From April through November, the Worship Center is available days and evenings. For more information, call the chapel office: 479- 253-7401.
