New Jersey’s Garden State Parkway: connecting north and south

Driving the Garden State Parkway in the Fall

The Garden State Parkway, south from Cape May, N.J. to Hohokus and north through the center of the state is a scenic way to travel through New Jersey. This time of year, shore traffic on the Parkway heading towards the south, is now diminished, and bumper-to-bumper traffic won’t be back until spring 2012. It’s a great time to get on the road and see parts of New Jersey that you haven’t seen. Fall is definitely the time to take to the beach.

Under a bright blue sky, with the Atlantic Ocean as its backdrop, blood, guts, and gore were the main themes of the day.
