The Raphael Hotel in Kansas City garners top awards

You walk inside the grand 1920’s property overlooking the Country Club Plaza, and can scarcely believe your eyes. You’re not in Kansas City anymore, Toto.
The Raphael Hotel, 325 Ward Parkway, does a pretty mean imitation of an upscale boutique hotel in Paris. Fresh off an extensive renovation, the 35-year old hotel has never looked better in its life.

Come in out of the cold while in Dallas for the Super Bowl, Part 3

You’ve been looking forward to this trip to the Super Bowl for ages, but temperatures in Dallas right now are the coldest in about 20 years. If you’ve arrived early in the Dallas area for this weekend’s Super Bowl, you’re probably freezing your buns off right now.
