Vintage Car Show in Ocean Grove: What's under your hood?
Step back in time in Historic Ocean Grove from 10am – 4pm. Do The Stroll down Memory Lane. Sponsored by the Ocean Grove Area Chamber of Commerce, we invite you to enjoy the shops, restaurants, beach and boardwalk while marveling at the cars from the 50′s, 60′s and 70′s on Main Avenue and Pilgrim Pathway in our fine downtown Business District.
The Vintage Car show is one of the most treasured of the Ocean Grove events enjoyed by men and women alike. Although I’ve always considered car shows to be a man thing, I see women coming out strong and participating in the-under-the-hood chatter. There are also women owners of these Vintage Cars featured at this show.
Vintage Car Show in Ocean Grove
The band starts playing those ‘oldies but goodies’ at 12 noon on Main Avenue directly across the street from Ocean Grove Pizza and Yvonne’s Cafe, two good places, with outside service, to enjoy lunch or a snack while you admire the vintage cars.

The Doo-Wop music is provided by the RB Express. Each song will quickly take you back to another era. And on Saturday, there will be plenty of ‘dancing in the street’.
Free admission and no entrance fee for the cars. You can’t beat the word free.

June is a special month to spend some extra time in Ocean Grove. Go for a weekend or an overnight to enjoy a bit more of this historic Victorian town when the cars roll out after the show.
The cost for overnight hotels, B&B’s and private apartments are discounted. Check this example of a great listing on 13 Atlantic with a special June-weekend rate. It’s clean, comfortable and on the first beach block. No driving to the beach for you if you check into this apartment on Friday evening.

Love vintage car shows. This one is another good reason to visit Ocean Grove.
Jodie, I think there’s another one coming up early fall. But I don’/t want to rush my summer and look just yet. You’d love the easy living of the Grove.
