The St. Louis Cardinals take on Grapefruit League opponents at the Roger Dean Stadium. Roger Dean Stadium is located on approximately 110 acres within the Abacoa Community. Abacoa is located on Donald Ross Road, approximately ΒΌ mile east of Interstate 95.

From Interstate 95 – Exit at Donald Ross Road (Exit 83) and travel east one mile to Central Boulevard. At the light, make a left and follow Central to Frederick Small. Make a left onto Frederick Small and the stadium will be on your left.

If you are flying in, it is only 62 miles to Ft. Lauderdale, 87 miles to Miami, and 157 from Orlando.

About the Ballpark – The Miami Marlins share Roger Dean Stadium with the St. Louis Cardinals during the Grapefruit League spring-training season. Roger Dean Stadium is a newer stadium in the Grapefruit League with a total capacity of 7,000 seats. The St. Louis Cardinals have trained at Roger Dean Stadium since it opened in 1998.

Florida Marlins are also spring training in Jupiter at Roger Dean Stadium. Marlins have made Juno their spring training home since 2003. The Florida Marlins will assume their new name, the Miami Marlins when the new season officially begins this summer.

The Roger Dean Stadium complex includes four major league practice fields and eight minor league practice fields. The complex was designed as part of a larger residential/retail development in eastern Florida.
