Apple Care – Bring a cooler for your apples and keep them in their plastic bag, if they come that way. The bag helps retain the juiciness of the apples. Store the bag in the refrigerator crisper.

Apples ripen ten times faster at room temperature than when refrigerated*. Cool air helps prevent decay and helps maintain quality, juiciness, and crispness. *Missouri Apples has history, varieties, recipes.
