Get Married in Eureka Springs Arkansas

Spring brides and grooms can reserve a historic hotel, glass chapel, or get married in a flowery garden setting. Find caterers, florists, musicians or leave the details to a wedding planner. Get away to a secluded log cabin, cozy up in a luxury tree house or find the perfect B&B.

Arkansas Marriage Requirements

There is no blood test or waiting period required in Arkansas. Bride and Groom must be 18 years of age. Under 18 requires consent of both sets of parents.

Both Bride and Groom must be present to get a license and must be:

  • 18 years of age,
  • Photo ID,
  • Social security number,
  • Wedding license Fee: $58.00 cash, exact change, no refunds

The state does not require you to bring your divorce paperwork. It is not necessary to have your birth certificate unless you are less than 18 years of age. If you are under the age of 18, call the courthouse for more specific requirements.

The County Clerk’s offices are open Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. and Saturdays 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
 Closed for Holidays. It usually takes less than 5 minutes.

Get your license at any County Clerk’s office in Arkansas. License can be only be used in Arkansas at any Arkansas county regardless of which county you get them in.

Marriage license must be returned to the County Clerk’s office within 60 days – used or unused.
